What we're building
Nibbl is made by a small team. Here's where things stand — what's shipping soon, what's next, and what's already landed. Have an idea? Tell us below.

2What we're actively building right now.
Grocery lists from your recipes
Turn any recipe's ingredients into a checkable shopping list, grouped by aisle.
Add a whole recipe — or just the ingredients you're missing — to a running grocery list with a tap. Quantities from recipes you've scaled come across already adjusted, and duplicate items merge automatically so "2 onions" and "1 onion" become "3 onions".
The list groups items by aisle so you're not doubling back across the store, and everything stays on your device like the rest of your library.

Accounts for sharing with friend groups
Create an optional user account and handle that allows you to share recipes with friend groups.
By creating an account and a unique handle, you can share your custom recipes and collections with friends, automatically. Create multiple groups for different purposes — a sweet tooth group for all your dessert-loving friends.

A real two-column iPad layout
A two-column layout that makes the most of a larger screen.
Nibbl runs on iPad today, but it's still a scaled-up phone layout. A proper split view — library on one side, the recipe on the other — plus a roomier cooking mode that's easy to read from across the counter.

Shared collections that stay in sync
Share a whole collection with a link, the way single recipes already work.
Share links cover individual recipes and collections today as a one-way snapshot. This extends that so a collection link stays in sync as you add recipes to it — still anonymous, still expiring, and still nothing uploaded unless you create the link.

Save recipes without leaving Safari
A Safari extension that adds a Save to Nibbl button right in the toolbar, so importing a recipe is one tap on the page you're already looking at — no copying links or switching apps.

Nibbl for Android
The Android equivalent version of this app, enabling broader usage amongst our recipe-loving community.
A completely new app developed just for Android that allows Android users to share and save recipes, create their own, and cook all via their devices.

One place for all your share links
See every active share link in one place — with expiry and one-tap re-share.
A single view of all the share links you've created, each showing what it points to and when it expires.
Re-share a link that's about to lapse (or already has) without rebuilding it from scratch, and revoke any you no longer want live.

Collections that fill themselves
Define a rule — an ingredient, a source, a tag, a cook time — and let a collection gather matching recipes automatically as your library grows.
Adjust the rules any time and the collection updates itself, so "Quick weeknight dinners" or "Everything with chicken" stays current without manual sorting.

Watch recipe videos in-app
Stream a recipe's video right inside Nibbl.
When a recipe you import comes with a video, Nibbl surfaces it in a built-in streaming player so you can watch the technique without leaving the app or hunting down the original page.

Ask Siri, hands-free (Beta)
Ask Siri for recipes and ingredients, hands-free.
Bring Nibbl to Siri: ask for a recipe, add ingredients to a grocery list, or start cooking mode by voice while your hands are busy.
Rolling out as a beta as the underlying Siri and on-device intelligence mature.

Share links that unfurl anywhere
Send a recipe or collection with a link that unfurls anywhere.
Create a link to any recipe or collection and send it however you like. The link shows a preview in Messages and social apps, opens straight in Nibbl if the recipient has it, and falls back to a web page if they don't.
Shared copies are anonymous, never include your own photos, and delete themselves after 14 days.

Import recipes from any website
Paste a link or share from Safari and Nibbl saves the recipe.
Nibbl reads the recipe off the page — ingredients, steps, times, and image — and saves a clean copy to your library. Extraction runs on your device using Apple's on-device models, so the page content never goes to our servers.

Hands-free cooking mode
Step-by-step cooking with tappable timers and color-coded ingredients.
Cooking mode walks you through a recipe one step at a time and color-codes the parts you act on — ingredients, timers, and temperatures. Timers are tappable right inside the instruction text, and the screen stays awake while you cook.
