Terms of Service

1. The app

Nibbl is a personal recipe manager. These terms cover your use of the Nibbl iOS app and the getnibbl.app website. By using Nibbl you agree to these terms.

2. Your content

Recipes, photos, and notes you save in Nibbl are yours and stay on your device. When you create a share link, you give us permission to store the shared copy and display it to anyone who opens the link, until the link expires or is removed. You are responsible for the content you import or share and for respecting the rights of recipe publishers when you use imported content.

3. Optional accounts

You don't need an account to use Nibbl. If you create one, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age for online services in your country), provide accurate information, and keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or remove an account or @handle that infringes others' rights, impersonates someone, or abuses the service.

4. Recipe importing

Nibbl's import feature fetches publicly available web pages you choose, on your device, for your personal use — similar to a web browser. You agree to use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes and to respect the terms of the websites you import from.

5. Share links

Share links create an anonymous copy of a recipe or collection on our servers that anyone with the link can view. Links expire automatically after 14 days. Don't use share links for content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful. We may remove any share and may rate-limit sharing to keep the service healthy.

6. Purchases

Optional tips are one-time purchases processed by Apple under your Apple Account terms. Tips don't unlock features and are non-refundable except as provided by Apple's policies.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Nibbl to violate any law or the rights of others; don't attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt Nibbl's services or website; and don't use automated means to abuse the feedback or sharing services.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe a share link hosts content that infringes your copyright, email support@getnibbl.app with the link and details, and we will review it and remove infringing content.

9. Warranty & liability

Nibbl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Always use your own judgment with cooking temperatures, times, and food safety.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page with an updated date above.
